Excel Robotics was established in 2006 to cater for the Australian/New Zealand Automotive Industries and has now expanded scope of operations to include the Australian/New Zealand Wool, Agricultural, Petro Chemical & Mining industries. Excel Robotics specialise in repetitive welding and fabrication with our 4 x Robotic welding systems using FCAW/GMAW and CNC sawing/cold saw capability of all metal types which allows us to produce high quality fabrication at a low cost.

Excel Robotics currently process between 15 to 145 tonnes per month of fabricated components, dependent on intricacy & degree of technicality. All our fabrication work is to AS 4100:1998 or the relevant standard required by our clients. All powder coating complies to AS3754:1990 or the relevant standard required by our clients.

Excel Robotics has the latest technology in robotics and digital welding systems allowing us to produce high quality products at a low cost along the way ensuring the safety of our staff is paramount. By using automation and excellent extraction systems our staff exposure to the welding is reduced by 100%.
This is the first of its kind in Australia with the capability of automatic mitring from -60°to + 60° with a 3200mm continuous feed. We have the capability to process mill packs of RHS. At 3.5 tonne and 18 meters long our cutting capabilities are endless.
