Good prices and stock availability and best suited for experienced trade only as they don't really want to help or guide you and they don't like to comply with good business practice or the law by not telling you about restocking fees if you return anything so beware and only go if you know exactly what you want.

First time I am using Elec-Mec for buying bathroom product and design. I was saved by a gentleman called Ketan and he was experienced and very keen to fit my bathroom, according to our request. He has spent more then two hours with us to design our bathroom.
He is very helpful during the sale and after sale. I would much appreciate his customer service after sale also.

One of the most unprofessional, unhelpful and arrogant places I have been to. I purchased £3k worth of stock which were kindly ordered through a wonderful gentleman called Shyam who was brilliant. The items arrived and were later checked by my plumber and found to be faulty. I spoke to Shyam who asked for evidence (quite rightly so) and a video and pictures were supplied. I was asked to take the products back and I was not happy with the faulty goods and under consumers right act and I quote:
“ Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, traders are legally responsible to sell goods which are:

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by a member of staff. I was waiting in the queue for 10mins, his friend didn’t queue and just walk passed the queue making him self known, to that member of staff, that member of staff looked at the queue and just walked off, five minutes later that staff was serving his friend and I was still awaiting in the queue 15 minutes later.
If Elec-Mec are reading this. This happened on 29/04/21 around 13:30 the member of staff was seating in middle, looking at the counter 2nd from left (not the guys wearing glasses)

Very positive experience with Ketan and the team. They really know what they're doing and have great products. Ketan totally understood what I was looking for and he was thorough, efficient and honest. Would happily use again and will recommend anyone I know looking for a new bathroom.

Had a burst pipe so popped into Elecmec to buy 500mm flex hose with valve as they open at 7:30 on Saturday. I realise we are working with COVID regulations but the staff who served me was most unprofessional. He got my products and went off to his chair without telling me where to pay and left me waiting. I got home and discovered that they had missed out a nut so I had to go back! They changed the items...but that is not the end yet! They charged me £15.02 for two of the flexes in question compared to £7.38 at Screwfix, more than double the price! I know businesses are trying to recoup for lost
