My husband called to enquire about an irrigation system for our home garden and John was most patient and helpful. He went through the whole process and explained the exact products that needed to be purchased and followed up with a diagram of how to put it all together. Excellent service.

Ordered on line two weeks ago with the promise of being sent out in 2-3days.Sent an email on the 6th no reply phoned today the man said he would ring me back and didn't and then had notification from Australia post they were sent after my phone call. I would have cancelled the order if I had the chance. No not the cheapest and certainly no customer service. I should have read the reviews. Don't order online from this company is my advise.

Popped in to get some stuff for my lawn. Get very professional service and very good advise. Even I have done some prior investigation I learnt a few new things from person who looked after me. Also, was surprised with stock of garden stuff they have. Quite brought variety for irrigation, garden lighting, est... they should promote themselves a bit better. I was looking for these sort of things in the past and had to buy cheap stuff from eBay.

These guys are a joke! I have ordered and paid for my products online 5 days ago and they still have not sent. When ring they gave empty promises and if you try to ring again they avoid your calls.
If you need to reach them, USE A DIFFERENT NUMBER!
These guys are liars. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Made an order online and 8 days later i still hadn't received it. I called the store to ask what was happening and the man called James said they didn't have them on stock so i had to wait 2 more days for them to send them. Not sorry not nothing from him, just so rude. When i asked for a refund he said no problem, just like he didn't care about loosing a customer. And when i asked for his name and told him I'd be writing a complaint, he said and i quote "i love your work" Trully not a way to treat a customer.
