Scott and his team are the most professional one can hope to deal with. Scott is responsive, punctual, personable, and beyond competent! He has serviced our system for years and always takes the time to thoroughly investigate any issue, to patiently explain every option, more than once if necessary, and to ensure satisfaction. Our submersible well pump died! Scott and his assistant technician came out the same day we called. They had the correct replacement pump on the truck. They pulled the dead pump from the well and installed the new one in about two hours. After sanitizing and flushing the well, water was flowing from our faucets again.
They were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and willing to answer our many questions.

Scott and his staff were very personable and professional. I’m starting a small craft distillery in Groton and the water needs to be perfect when distilling. The work was done efficiently, done in a timely fashion and the job site was clean and neat. The work came out great and the diamond plate behind the filter tanks looks awesome!! I’m having Scott put a quote together for my home. Highly recommend Water-Flo!!

Five stars is not enough for the crew that came out and fixed our water. First of all we lost our water on Easter weekend. We had called Aiello and they came out and actually broke a pipe while doing their inspection and then stated they could not come back till Monday. I have an elderly mother and I am a nurse. Having no water means I can’t shower off the possible contaminants working in this crisis. We called Water Flo on the recommendation of a neighbor. They came out and fixed everything the same day! They were professional, honest, and compassionate. They were truly God sent. I cannot say

My well pump shorted or seized up. I emailed Water-Flo on Monday, early evening, and received a reply from Nick soon after. He called the next morning, offering to stop by to have a look at the situation.
Nick explained what I needed, what I didn't, and what options I had, depending on what they found when they pulled the pump. I appreciate the time and effort the owner, Nick, puts in with me. It is hard to imagine, but I can only assume he is that responsive with all of his customers. Always quick to email or call back. Was willing to work with me to get a team out in a timely and affordable fashion to replace my worn out old pressure tank.
