Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
Wouldn't honor a current special that was on their website. Requested t's & C's for the special and was refused. Installers arranged to attend and install at 7:30am. Didn't arrive until 8:45. Phone staff are are rude and incompetent and are of no help what so ever. Don't make the same mistake we made.
