Initial consultation with Gold Coast's & Sunshine Coast's leading luxury new home builder. Here at Capri Building group, we like to do things a little differently to most builders. Sure, we design and build luxury custom homes that meet our client's brief. Most importantly though, we also design our homes to our client's budget to make sure their new home gets built with their vision and bottom line in mind.
At Capri Building Group we only employ the most highly specialised team of luxury custom new home specialists to work with our clients. You will meet our head estimator and quantity surveyor who will prepare the detailed building proposal that is specifically tailored to your project. Your proposal will be extremely detailed and will consist of over 20 pages.

Capri helped me fully renovate my home. Each and every component was finished perfectly, the project ran on time and in budget and I cannot be happier in my home. The project management systems included daily updates, 24 hour access to my project and most importantly for me, a fixed price. There were no variations or surprises. The team of contractors were so professional and true craftsmen and they went above and beyond in every way. I would not hesitate to recommend Capri to anyone building a new home or renovating. My husband and I used Capri for our home renos. With my husband working long hours and me not having any reno experience we wanted to get a professional local builder to run with our Reno project and make our ideas into our home. Chris and his team were fantastic. Chris provided us with honest recommendations, options and feedback which was refreshing. Only downside was a few finishes look rushed and half arsed which still annoy me 3 years on. That aside, overall we are happy with the finish home we still live in and would recommend Capri to anyone.
