We are fabulously close to Paynesville - the Boating Capital of the Riviera Region. Our cottages were specially designed for people holidaying with dogs, families and for those with accessibility needs.

Services
We are a family run business enjoying this area as much as the regular customers who return year after year. Orignially from this area, we travelled around Australia and lived in Western Australia and could not resist returning to one of the most magnificent parts of this country in 2010. Phil, Kate and family love walking and hiking in the area, exploring the lakes by boat, and the snow fields of Mt Hotham during winter months.
Karinya Cottage has been lovingly refurbished in 2018. Set at the end of the Eagle Point Cottage drive, privacy is guaranteed in this idyllic country retreat. Nestled alongside farmland where you can watch alpacas, sheep, and the friendly echidna's. Wander past the property dam with its quaint jetty, rustic wagon, and enjoy the tranquil walk along our country lane to the lakeside.
This beautiful cottage was designed by the award winning Storybook builders; The Gables will not disappoint with its high pitched ceilings and luxury farmhouse feel. Completed in 2020 this country retreat features beautiful handmade barn door, new appliances and many lovingly restored furnishings. The cottage is beautifully decorated and is guaranteed to please.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eagle Point Cottages. Our little dog Bobo loved the open space around the securely fenced back yard. We stayed at 2 different cottages, both of which are very comfortable and fully self-contained. Great facilities, friendly owners. It ticks all the boxes for a relaxing escape. Close to Paynesville and Raymond island where we enjoyed koala viewing. We found Eagle Point a good base for a day trip to the picturesque Lake Entrance and also exploring the surrounding coast.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation! 🍀🌿🌳 Stayed in Sage Cottage which was gorgeous & modern with an inviting cozy country feel. I loved the Barn door!! 💚
Peaceful surrounds & I enjoyed some lovely nature walks which were an extra special treat. Relaxed & rejuvinated, Eagle Point Cottages are a winner. 😁

Amazing accommodation in a great location away from the hustle and bustle of life. I stayed in the Sage cottage which was very modern, fresh and clean with all the mod cons you could want while still having that lovely country charm. Awesome bushwalks near by which I thoroughly enjoyed. I had a great stay!
