Dealt with Michael who seemed nice and knowledgeable. However, after i received the report, he was not responsive as i had some questions. It was also difficult to get a response back after discovering more asbestos. It delayed our project. He did not come out to re inspect because he was time poor so i expressed post the samples to him and he visually inspected them. He still has not re issued the report based on the new findings as discussed (it has been a couple of weeks now). I had to constantly follow up. I would not recommend as aftercare was not great.

It was a great experience of using services provided by Michael and Paul from Greenlight. Highly efficiect and cost effective. I really like the Greenlight's way for doing report. It is very informative and easy to understand. This is very important because we are not asbestos experts but we need to understand current conditions and what treatment are needed.

In the overall building process (where disappointment is often great), Greenlight was a pleasure to deal with - they were efficient, timely and importantly, delivered a detailed report within the timeframe that they indicated at the beginning of the process. Highly recommend. Michael from Greenlight was quick, friendly and professional. He inspected our property for asbestos the day after I contacted him, tested samples and provided detailed results and info by phone and in writing within a few days including a weekend. Definitely worth the peace of mind now knowing the materials in our house and how to approach them safely. 5 stars.
