Pilates is a disciplined physical system which was created by German anatomist Joseph Pilates in the early 20th Century. Through a series of precise, controlled movements it targets all muscle groups in the body whilst working on posture, functionality and flexibility. It's also one of the ultimate mindful training practices, aiding stress and anxiety relief through breathing exercises, which is one of the key principles of Classical Pilates.

There are endless adaptations of Pilates currently offered at studios and gyms, but Classical Pilates is considered to be the practice in its truest form. That's not to say that other versions should be dismissed - far from it - but if you're looking for authenticity, this might be where you want to start.
Services
If you've reserved a class but cannot attend, please cancel your booking as soon as possible. This allows time for the people waitlisted to be notified about a class availability. The "Team Up Members" app is available on iOS and Android and allows your customers to view your class schedule, manage their registrations, and view their membership and attendance history.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Thank you for respecting our safety policy and honoring our strict 12 hour cancellation policy for all bookings. Please note that all cancellations or changes received via email are not valid. All cancellations or changes must be managed online via your 'Team Up' account at least 12 hours prior to your booking to avoid forfeiting your credit.
Bookings are to be made online through this webpage and our TEAMUP portal. Payment is required during booking. You are able to purchase different packs, memberships that suit your needs. Should you need further assistance contact us via reception. Please note our reception is only available between 9am - 9pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 5pm Friday.
