Absolute 5 Star service all the way. I was introduced to Raf & Regency Windows through a Roof Plumber I knew and it pays to be recommended by someone in the know. Not only was Raf very personable and easy to deal with so were the actual installers. Led by Ewan, Marcus, Rob and Co from start to finish I could not recommend them more highly. A++++

Very responsive (some firms didn’t even bother to send us a quote), very good wait time (especially considering Covid delays), installation was earlier than anticipated, installers were punctual and friendly, and the product is solid and well designed. We are very happy with their work and product. Will definitely use their business again.
Update: We ordered double glazed aluminum windows and just had them installed. Beautifully detailed work and friendly, punctual installers. Hubby and I are very happy. We highly recommend Regency Windows.
