Services
Our team of experienced Occupational Therapists provide a range of services based on extensive professional development, work experience and passion for supporting people. We have a culture which promotes the rights of all people, including freedom of expression, choice making and freedom from abuse, neglect or exploitation.
Accredited Animal Assisted Therapy and Occupational Therapy constructively blends animals into the therapeutic environment to facilitate change, achieve functional goals and promote positive outcomes. Utilising the input of an animal to create a trusting and safe environment, decrease anxiety and bolster engagement in interventions.
Building capacity through therapy, coaching and teamwork allows children with cerebral palsy to reach their goals. Occupational therapists will join with families, professionals and community links to provide these supports in creating a foundation for engagement in daily activities, relationships and learning.
Allay provides Occupational Therapy Driver Assessments for people experiencing psychosocial disabilities such as mental health, Autism or Intellectual Disability, or those that have seen their physical capabilities change with age and time. OTs certified with VicRoads will complete assessments in the clinic and on the road, to identify factors that may impact on ability to drive or gain a learners, probationary or full license.
Group therapy brings together people in a supportive environment, to share experiences, instil hope and learn from others. Allowing people to overcome challenges and build capacity, through mutual support and guided programs. Allay provides group therapy for children, adolescents and adults. We have designed our courses to enhance wellbeing, improve life skills and develop greater social functioning.
