Smithfield Village Early Learning Centre
We know the first five years of a child's life are crucial and selecting a high-quality childcare is a big decision for mums and dads. From the moment you arrive at Smithfield Village Early Learning you can see why we're different. With a focus on real play our unique approach and state of the art facilities find a balance between education, care, play and wildhood.

It's about creating an environment where children thrive, where they can wander, be left alone for more than five minutes, sleep in a tent or on the ground and stare at the stars past their bedtime. Our early learning facility is complete with four sand pits, two large bike tracks, a waterpark, a large grassy area for children to run around in, a barnyard, which is home to goats, chickens, ducks, guinea pigs and reptiles!
Services
Opened in 2014 by childcare expert John Wall, who has built over 400 childcare centres in Australia, the centre has become a huge hit with families. So much so, that all 126 placements are full, and there are 200 children on the waiting list. To cater to the growing demand and Smithfield's waiting list, John is building the Bluewater Village Early Learning Centre, which will open in 2019.
At Smithfield Village Early Learning all our staff are experienced, passionate and focused on giving your child the best possible start in life! Owned by John Wall and directed by Kim Dunbar our team is committed to providing a stimulating environment where the needs of the children are priority.

Our core belief is that managing relationships effectively is the key to a successful childcare business - happy staff make for happier children and happy children means happier parents, so this makes childcare easy and rewarding for everyone. As part of our team we also have two five-star culinary chefs onsite who provide a mixture of gourmet and home-style cooking for each child each day.
Smithfield Village Early Learning has developed a unique approach to childcare that understands the balance between education, care, play and wildhood. From six weeks old to six years Smithfield Village Early Learning can offer a program suited to your child's individual needs.

We go beyond standard toy rooms and outdoor play equipment, carefully designing complete experiences that engage and excite little ones whilst beginning to teach them important life skills. We provide all meals, nappies, sunscreen and hats and each of our rooms are spacious and meet the new National Quality Standards.
If you are interested in placing your child with us at Smithfield Village Early Learning, we encourage you to visit with us. It is important for you to become familiar with our environment and our philosophy of childcare. This visit will allow you and your child to become familiar with our setting and see for yourself our premium service that delivers quality care.

A special thank you to all the ladies in Joey's N2 class, particularly Miss Mel, Miss Erin and Miss Sonya for making Leo's transition into starting daycare such and breeze and for always giving him such fun-filled days. It's always a pleasure to see all the smiling faces when dropping off and picking up 😊

Deciding on the right daycare was a huge decision when my daughter was close to the age of 2. My main concern was that she would be showed love and treated like one of their own and not get lost in the shuffle of a busy daycare. Smithfield Village Early Learning offered it all and more, I am so happy that I chose them for my daughter. She has been… there over a year now with a wonderful family of caregivers and educators. I always felt that she was safe and happy in her environment. Transitioning to SK was made easy due to the structure and program offered. She just loves the barnyard and

I’ve had only positives since my sons attendance, and reassuring for myself as a working parent. Highly recommended for families especially with animals onsite, quality food and the story park app where you get updates of your child’s day regularly

Overpriced. Unwilling to take appropriate action when an incident occurs (my child was punched in the face). Poor management from the owner down.
