All was good until my phone went missing in the courier service whist being returned from the place they sent it to in Sydney. The CBD staff member i talked to on several occasions was unhelpful, condescending, and arrogant. He refused to give me a tracking number so i could could try to trace it's whereabouts myself, and said that this was pointless and
I needed to be patient, He talked over me constantly, and when i finally said to him, that he was being unhelpful and even rude, he went on and on about how many rave reviews he gets etc. He needs serious customer service retraining. The phone

I went to CBD Mobile today as I was having issues with transferring data from my phone to computer. I was served by Matthew, who took great care to ensure I had what I needed, understood the process and instructions, and, he even offered to transfer for me. The level of customer service from Matthew was excellent and as a result, I don't hesitate to write this review.

My Dad dropped his phone and cracked the screen... let’s be honest, Dad’s who aren’t tech savvy ain’t going to get that fixed!
So I found CBD Mobile online and made a booking over the phone to get it fixed for him. I gave him instructions on how to get there and CBD did the rest.
Awesome service, had the phone up and running in no time. I was able to make the payment and Dad was more than happy.. new screen on the phone and Dad didn’t have to pay! Win win for Dad.
