Repaired my phone screen well, but the service was appalling. I dopeed my phone in on a Monday mid morning and did no hear back from anyone. I called them on Wednesday in the middle of the day and was told someone would call me back. I didn't hear anything so I called back again at 4:30 and was told that someone would call me straight back. A message was left on my phone after 5 saying that they needed my approval to get a replacement screen and I needed to call them back the next morning to do this. They then needed to order the screen which wouldn't come in until the next day. But I was assured
