Report
Ponds within the former Glen Iris Golf Course grounds which back onto resident’s homes are drying up and now reek of sulphur and rotting fish. Cockburn Council claim to have received numerous complaints which Eastcourt Property Group are aware of but refuse to do anything about until winter. They claim the stench “isn’t toxic” and that they’re leaving what’s left of a lake for the ducklings, which haven’t been seen in months. This developer clearly couldn’t care less about existing residents and their concerns and make inadequate excuses for their lack of action.
