Head Strong Workplaces
So, you do some research and the good news is that there's a lot of information out there about mentally healthy workplaces. The bad news is.there's a lot of information out there about mentally healthy workplaces. Some might say an overwhelming amount of information. It can start to feel like you need to be a psychologist with years of experience in workplace mental health just to know where to begin (I think you know where I'm going with this).

I'm a registered psychologist with years of experience in workplace mental health say what? I did not see that coming. I really love delivering practical strategies that help workplaces (and the human beings in them) take care of themselves, take care of each other and take care of teams. I've worked for many years doing counselling with adults so I know the damage that an unhealthy workplace can cause.
Services
At Head Strong, we provide workplace coaching that is specifically focussed on building interpersonal competency, and supporting people to build their confidence and skills in personal resilience and building and maintaining effective workplace relationships. As a team member, this might mean improving emotional intelligence and communications skills to better collaborate with others.
Sam would have to be the most engaging presenter I have ever had. She made the two days so enjoyable and she had so much knowledge, she is definitely a benefit to your company, and I would gladly participate in another training day with her without question. When I first started working for myself after many years in government and the private sector, I made a vow.
Sam spent a considerable amount of time liaising prior to the training to ensure that she was preparing and delivering a course that was relevant to our team. She was extremely responsive and very prompt with all communication. These days there is a lot of activity in the workplace mental health space.
