Initially, I came to Peterpans because my sharehouse referred me to them. Through my sharehouse, I got special deals for Peterpans.
However, I came back every weekend of my stay in Cairns because of their recommendations and service!
The employees are knowledgable and have often gone on many of the trips, so they have the best information on which ones are best! I have genuinely enjoyed each recommendation, from which GBR intro dives to do (thanks Olivia!) to what extreme sport can I still sign up for with less than 24 hour notice. I honestly wouldn’t have even tried jet skiing or sky diving

Cannot recommend PeterPans at all. PeterPans is acting extremely unprofessional and is not interested in solving problems after a sale was made. I wasn’t allowed to dive on a one day diving trip to the Great Barrier reef because of I had Asthma when I was a child, and PeterPans completely refused giving any refunds for a tour booked but delivered incompletely because of wrong consulting of the travel-agent. Even the manager and the manager of the manager weren’t able to communicate and handle that problem on a professional basis. Instead of getting a refund or any other appropriate compensation

Tour operators with a office right at the Cairns esplanade near the lagoon. We were greeted by the shop manager mercedesz. Cli who is a sweet Irish lady, asks us of our personal interest to see or do in Cairns and according to our date of availability showed us brochures of the best tours around. I'd say very sweet and fun staff.
We opted for the scuba dive on the reef and they even tried to match the price for us. The best thing is since they knew we were first timers they found us a boat/operator that has 1 instructor between 2 people.

Definitely one of the better travel agencies. The people there are really nice and gave me amazing recommendations for travel and put a lot of effort in planing my trip. The prices are pretty good as well so at the end I felt safe to do my trip on the east coast with them. In case something happens you can always contact them somehow (messenger or phone) or in the other stores they have on the east coast.
Can just recommend them.

I had a very positive experience with this store! Amazing and super knowledgeable team. Staff was not pushy at all, instead they took all the time to help me and become familiar with my travel plans. Not only helped me book my trips, but also my flights as well. Daqyuan and his team blew me away with their professionalism.
