The engraving wasn't in the font requested (No apology just tough luck buddy) and then couldn't take an eftpos payment as the terminal was down so just refused to handover the goods and invoice for them. Somehow he managed to blame me for all this and started getting aggressive over the counter. Was bloody pricy for the 4 words requested and the metal came back scratched up and covered in rust. Seriously just don't bother with this place, let their terrible customer service run them into the ground so a worthwhile business can take over the building.

With only one week before our office Christmas lunch, I was given the job of finding a trophy and having it engraved in time for presentation. With the help of Ross and the guys at Scotia it was straight forward.
I choose the trophy online and called to see if it was possible to have it engraved and delivered in time. Within 4 days the trophy was ready. Great support, advice and service. I would highly recommend this team to anyone. See you next Christmas.

Ross and the team are great to work with. Really high quality services, would highly recommend. We needed a customised trophy with a quick turnaround, and after asking around a few places Scotia Engraving were the only ones that came back confidently and delivered an amazing product. The worst service I've ever had in my life. My friends and I were trying to get a gift engraved, my friend called I initially to ensure we could have what we needed done, Ross was super lovely and was very confident it would be fine - literally wanted initials and a small paw print. I then called to apologise to say I wouldn't make it in that day,… I spoke to Graham and he told me I couldn't bring in a Picture from the internet because well if you can't do it well, why do it at all! I then asked what he required to be able to have the design done, he said I needed an EPS file which is a

Absolutely disgraceful encounter. Contacted by phone for quote and they requested email details. Provided same and no response. Called back three days later for follow up and advised they would do quote immediately. Two days later nothing! Further follow up call very rude and Greame hung up on me. Terrible. Can't even call this encounter bad service as there was no service!!!

I have been using Scotia Engraving for a couple of years now to produce awards and trophies on a quarterly basis. Without exception the service they offer is terrific. Ross has been fantastic to deal with and the level of service is outstanding. The awards and trophies are always delivered well before the required due date and are reasonably priced. The variety offered is great too. Ross has always taken initiative with suggesting other options that might work better for our business, which is why we have worked with them for over five years and hope to continue in the future!
