FUN NIGHT TURNED SOUR. Came to Switch Lifestyle Fountain Gate for an event in their function room. Brilliant night, however the catering staff startled me with their unprofessional and potentially harmful service. Upon inquiry about an allergen I am anaphylactic to, one of their waitresses responded with “I don’t know, why don’t you try?” I would hate to see what would have happened to a more naive patron with this shocking and honestly appalling standard of service.

Been twice in the last month and food has been delicious.
I recommend the chicken rissoto, Pappardelle bolagnese, and yes the pumpkin and kale salad with the whipped feta and beetroot etc etc... i swap the chicken for salt n pepper calamari and chefs dont have a problem with doing it and its beautiful. (Add the option to the menu because the calamari goes really well with it)

Absolutely fantastic, we will be back. Staff were friendly, served straight away. The food was amazing, all well presented, hot and huge portions. Kids meals would feed 2 kids easily. A little on the pricier side but well worth it! Place was clean staff were quick to clean up after we left. I would highly recommend.

Last night we attended Switch because we were childless and decided to try somewhere new. The cocktails were amazing, and the atmosphere so comfortable that we were oblivious our meals were taking longer than they pride themselves on. Twice they apologised to us before the meal arrived which was really lovely. When the meal arrived it was definitely worth it. The management and staff went above and beyond to look after us; even when we let them know we honestly weren’t worried or upset in any way.
We’ll definitely be back - the kids have seen photos and were sad to miss out.

Had dinner here before a movie on Saturday. The venue is large and well decorated, good place to hold functions.
The food however could be better. My gnocchi arrived poorly presented as pictured. They didn't even bother to separate the panchetta, they were all still clumped together. The chorizo was burned black (you can see bits of it in the picture). It tasted good but not excellent.
For $28 I would expect better.

The food was quite tasty.
The service was very prompt and nice n friendly . The staff were very welcoming and attentive.
The calamari was nicely cooked on an Asian slaw that had a nice amount of chilli factor but not too hot. The cake was yummy but we were quite full so took part of it home as it was a big slice.
We liked the coffee and cake deal to round up our meal for just $10.
