Heart Dental Clinic is a newly established family dental practice in BLACKBURN VICTORIA in 2018. Our professional team consists of two experienced dental surgeons with many years of extensive clinical dental experience and a group of experienced supporting staff. Sometimes "medical" space can be less than exciting, with cold fitouts and decors that fail to comfort.
Since graduation from the University of Melbourne in 2006 with honours, Dr. Qing Guo has clocked up over 5000 hours of further study, dedicating a significant amount of her time and effort into improving her clinical skills so as to provide the best treatments for her patients. Qualified early orthodontics for children Provider (including the use of Myomunchees and Myobraces) 2018.
Graduated from University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS). Sophia enjoys all aspects in dentistry. She values a holistic approach in dental treatment not only limited to addressing immediate dental problems but also on educating patients with primary preventative measures and improving overall oral health and one's quality of life.
Before graduating from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and a Bachelor of Biomedicine (BBiomed) degree, Max has had a breadth of life experiences from where he spent his earlier years in Shenzhen (CH) and Auckland (NZ).
Through his gentle nature and a great sense of humor, Max is able to ease the stigmatized dental appointments into a relaxing relationship, as Max believes a positive dental experience is the start of the journey towards a healthy smile.After graduating from dental school, Max spent several years in regional Queensland where he explored his passions in dentistry.

Ashley is our bubbly dental assistant and dental receptionist. Ashley grew up in Malaysia, but now she calls Melbourne her home. Ashley completed her degree in Biomedical Science and is now pursuing a career in dental research. Ashley is particularly gentle with children, and she loves being involved in the process that helps young kids achieve good oral health.

I would give 10 stars for Hearts Dental. My family and I have been coming here for a while and we will continue. Very professional and passionate about what they do which is important. If anyone has/had a dental phobia which I did before coming here, I do highly recommend Hearts Dental & Dr Qing and her medical staff

It's never easy visiting dentists with your kids. But when I took my 2 young ones for a checkup + scale and clean. Dr. Karyn not only took time to make sure they were comfortable, but also made the whole process easy and tolerable for the kids.

Dr. Guo is so professional, responsible, friendly, and kind! She always explains everything in details and provides sound suggestions, which makes me feel like I'm in good hands. Her professionalism impresses me even more. She cleans my teeth so thoroughly that I can feel my dental health improves ever since! Doing invisalign at Hearts Dental is probability the wisest decision I made in 2020. Highly recommend!

My visit to Hearts Dental was overall a great experience would highly recommend.
Came here because was a student of Dr. Qing back in the days of dental school in the University of Melbourne. All my treatments were performed by Dr. Sophia. My first visit was for a filling. Dr. Sophia was very gentle, patient, and is a perfectionist ensuring I have a good filling while being very efficient. I did not sit for long and the filling was done. No issues and no sensitivity, nice and smooth with flossing till now. I also had my wisdom teeth
