The reception staff are very helpful and friendly contacting me prior to my arrival to ensure I had access after hours and moved my accommodation to the opposite side of the building when I raised an issue about noise from the railway line, station and train horns.This property however has an ongoing issue with sewerage. There was a "leakage " outside the room we were moved to and a foul odour in the main bathroom of the unit.Two guests developed sore throats during our stay.After discussing with our GP on our return and being informed of the seriousness of the harmful bacteria transmitted in sewerage

This was our second stay at Amity South Yarra and I was happy to return because the apartments are a bit more spacious than many, they are well fitted out and the location is very convenient. Clearly the staff and management are struggling with COVID and some other issues but they were most helpful and responsive to any requests and did their utmost to make the stay comfortable. I would love to see a revamp, lightening up the dark passages and freshening up the decor. Hopefully this might be possible in better times. Thank you & good luck.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and functional. The only concern we had was there were three of us staying for business and needed to leave the apartment at different times. We were only issued one key for three of us, so there were issues with using lifts, leaving without locking door etc. Also the reception does not accommodate for outside business hours. Otherwise a very good stay.

Excellent accommodation and a location that could have not been better for me. Apartment was spacious, well appointed and equipped as well as being neat clean and tidy. Excellent value for money in Melbourne.
Only concern is the reception hours as they do not lend themselves to servicing the buiness client who may come in late and leave early.
Apart from that everything was as expected or better.
