Minors are very welcome until 9pm and must be with a parent or legal guardian at all times. Was horrible service and experience. The app accidentally ordered a mains after exiting the app and ordering a new item.
Management advise they would not refund the meal as it was already paid for and I would have to accept it therefore it wasn't an error. I have a high gluten intolerance and the main that was order wasn't gluten free and I could… not accept. No exemptions were made and I had to give the meal away to someone and wear the charges.
It was extremely difficult to order the gluten free options as you were unable to leave notes for substitutes. When asking the staff how to order
