We are open from 7am to 6pm all year round, providing full-time and occasional care for babies and children aged 0-6 years. We believe that your child is a capable learner, we empower children to be competent decision-makers by creating a child centred curriculum. Services
PELC was born out of a vision to nurture and enrich the growth of young minds by fostering connection, embracing learning and developing resilience. Our mission is to inspire children to grow with confidence and thrive during the most important shaping years of their lives, by providing an early education environment in which they feel safe, they belong and are valued.
Our curriculum is planned and implemented with the focus on children learning through play. Educators use a holistic approach to teaching practices. Observations visible on OWNA gather and analyse information based on current knowledge, skills, abilities, culture, strengths and interest. We recogonise children's voices.
Did you know yoga is not just for adults? There are now Yoga classes for kids! According to local yoga instructor, Shannon Herps of Little Lotus Studio, the popularity of kid's yoga is on the rise, children as young as 5 now attending health and wellbeing classes. With kids yoga, it's important to keep the children engaged.
Our children's early years are arguably their most important and establishing healthy behaviours from birth will lay the foundation for lifelong health and wellbeing. Nutritious food and regular physical activity supports the normal growth and development of children and reduces the risk of developing chronic lifestyle related diseases later in life.

My daughter has been going there now for a few months and I just can’t put into words how happy I am with their service. I just love how passionate they are for what they do, they interact with the kids all the time, alike others centres that I feel like they just “supervise” the kids. Jade was really lovely since day 1 and I see she does a lot of effort to help all the families in the way she can.
My daughter has improved so much with all learning from them, and I love how we receive pictures of the activities they do in a app along the day.

PELC has been an absolute game changer for my family. After having a bad experience with a previous daycare, PELC have truly been our saviours! Our son with special needs actually enjoys going to this centre & is now receiving the care he needs. The staff are lovely & go above and beyond to assist as much as possible. I cannot recommend this centre enough. Wish we had of been going here from the beginning. Our newest edition will definitely be attending this centre when of age. Thank you all so much!

We have been customers of PELC since last more than 4 years - our son has been practically raised here. All educators are very loving and caring and have evolved my son who is now in kindy into a loving and responsible little human.
Our daughter who is under 2 goes here too and we could only trust PELC with her as we had absolute comfort and trust in them - she loves her time with the educators and her peers and is developing into a confident young toddler!
Highly recommended!

The girls are fantastic you can tell they really care about the kids in their care. They’re easy to contact and give parents updates and pictures about their children all day. My son and I haven’t been with PELC long but he’s always smiling when I pick him up.

My niece attends this child care, and all I can say is that they are amazing. The staff and directors are all so caring and nurturing.
She is always coming home with excitement about the great day she had at school. (They even helped with toilet training her)! THANK YOU PELC you are doing a great job!!!

My son attended care at Penrith Early Learning Centre from 4 months old and the care he received while he was there was exceptional. The staff cared for my son like he was their own, they were passionate about making sure he was cared for, safe and loved. The staff communicated daily about everything from meals eaten to nappy changes to developmental milestones. The girls at PELC went above and beyond for not only my son but in helping me to teach him everything from learning to self settle while sleeping to how to hold his own bottle. The environment is welcoming and family friendly. I would recommend

My son recently joined PELC when I returned to work. At just 10 months old, I was very nervous about sending him to daycare. Jade and the carer’s have gone above and beyond my expectations to make me feel comfortable, and my son to feel cared for and safe. From the flexible and hands on orientation process, to the communication and care from the carers, our experience has been truly wonderful and I am so happy to come to work knowing my son is in such good hands and that he feels safe and happy too. I cannot recommend this centre highly enough.

My children have been attending PELC for almost 4 years now. The centre provides a warm and caring environment and the staff have always been very nurturing and supportive. I love how they encourage the kids to share their interests and provide them with play based learning opportunities to extend those interests. My kids have always enjoyed their time there and we have made some wonderful friends over the years.
