Joe communicated very clearly with me even while organizing the job. He gave me an earlier slot when someone else cancelled. Once he got started he gave me his professional opinion on my proposed setup and we realized that it was a much better idea than what we had with very little additional cost. Joe is very friendly and the work he did was very professional. Everything we wanted was done to a high standard. Joe was engaged to get my home theatre system (pre-wired) up and working. Joe was kind enough to listen to my requirement, provided recommendation on speaker options and in fact sourced them for a competitive price and installed them perfectly. In addition, he has tuned the system for best acoustic performance. The standard of the work completed was high and I can see that he is a champion of his domain and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who wants do their home theatre systems to the best possible way.

Unfortunately I did not get any value for my money..The issue I called for was not fixed, and I had redo everything from scratch after Joe left as it was not working. The brackets were already on the wall, and it was just placing the TV on the wall, however I believe I was charged as if it was a job from scratch. The settings to get everything working from the surround sound system was not figured out, fetch connection could not be worked out either. it was so disappointing that we needed to redo everything again, and by reading the books, getting the technical support etc., we were able to fix

He is just good to be used as a handyman to fit all the speakers. Doesn't set speakers or projector. Does only to a extend a layman could do based on the instruction which comes with the system. I had to call another company and pay them to come and fine tune my home theater atmos system.
He charges reasonable to be a handyman. I will not recommend him if you are spending reasonably good amount (my Klipsch speakers, integra amp and epson tw9300 projector costed me close to $10K).

Jo installed my home theatre system this week including cabling throughout the house (audio and data) and putting two tvs on the wall. Jo and his team were great - did a thorough job and were also really flexible in their approach. We had a challenge fitting one of the rear speakers into the wall but Jo consulted with me and he came up with a solution. Very happy and will certainly be looking to use Jo for 'phase 2' of my home theatre project. Thanks!
