I didn’t know anything about projectors never owned one before. I shopped around before making a purchase than a friend of mine referred me to Rio Sound and Vision Preston and spoke with Dani. I explained to Dani what I was after a quality projector and just learning about 4K. I could not have asked for such professional advice and friendly service. Thanks to Dani with everything she explained to me the performance of the projector I didn’t have to look any further. she gave me all the right advice , when it came to having the equipment installed the installer was very professional and qualified

I have being meaning to go here for years, finally went , not a bad place at all offering some very nice gear , the Xia 150 is a good amp , I would of given 5 stars but guys I want working batteries in my remote not expected to chase my own coin battery due to a flat one that was shipped with it.
The remote for the Xia 150 is useless does not turn the amp off or on, I don't know why AMC even bothered.
The service was good , Cheech and Chong know what they were talking about, no fluff, very willing to answer questions and a good chance for return business

Consistently great service and value over the years. I love hacking together home theatre setups on the cheap and have been getting quality AV receivers and assorted HIFI and home theater kit from Rio for a few years. I have always found it great to deal with the knowledgeable passionate team who speak plainly without being pushy. Always sharp pricing on quality products which last. I particularity value the honesty and integrity and setting realistic expectations for delivery challenges and in difficult times rather than pushing a sale and securing a deposit so different to the usual chain store

You won’t find a better deal or better service or better range anywhere else in Australia or overseas for that matter. They have the best brands at the best price with great service. I highly recommend that you don’t bother to go anywhere else and just go straight to Rio. I’ve been buying from them for the last 20 years and have always got great advice great service and a great price. The Preston store is much better then the Hampton store as it has much more equipment on display and is definitely worth a visit.

I recently purchased my home theatre system from Rio sound and vision and my experience was delightfully pleasant. The staff had an extensive level of product knowledge and supported me throughout my purchase. I cannot recommend Rio sound enough for there customer service and product quality. Will definitely be a return customer in the near future.

I purchased from Rio for the first time and I must say that the customer service was brilliant. I picked up some B&O H4 headphones (half price...what a bargain) and the staff member was happy to chat for 10 minutes regarding products and the company. I will be returning!

Had a home studio installed by the RIO team and could not be happier with the job the team did.
