A fire extinguisher is known as fire attack firefighting equipment and is an active fire protection device designed to extinguish or control small fires in emergency situations. It is NOT designed for use on an out of control fire, such as one which reaches the ceiling, endangers the user e.g. Level 5 Service Interval - Pressure test and recharge every 5 years or when a fire extinguisher is discharged.

AFTERSALES SERVICE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER FIRST TIME
Initial dealings with after sales could have been better. We required some wall hangers for a few fire extinguishers that we had previously purchased from them. We probably lost them. You would have thought that after spending nearly a grand, that they might just post them out FOC. No, not Churches. Well not at first. Not only did they tell me that they are chargeable (which I can live with), they then proceeded to tell me that we weren't a customer of theirs and that they will not be supplying us.
However, after an emailed complaint to their

Our company changed to Churches Fire 6 months ago and since then , the service has been brilliant. We tend to have the same engineer visit our site called Steve Brill and he is always very professional, polite and friendly and is also really good at his job. It's a step up from the previous fire services company we used who were in a word "useless" Thank you Churches Fire & Security, keep up the good work :)

Have used Churches Fire to undertake our yearly Fire Extinguisher maintenance for the past few years. The engineer is completely professional and the update and reminders are extremely useful especially when I have a number of churches to look after. Churches Fire have looked after our block requirements for 5 yrs. they are reliable and know all there is to know about fire and safety requirements. The technicians that attend the site are fully competent and any questions raised are answered immediately with full explanations, and costings if required. A1 company.
