I sit on the committee of my building and have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a lot of fire companies every year. Adept Fire were the first company that really worked with us when trying fix defects in our building, and were helping to save costs for us rather drum up business for themselves.
Safe to say that we won't be going to another company again!

David came to test my smoke alarm and my new born baby had just fallen asleep. He was very understanding and agreed to come back at a later time to not wake him up. When he came back later my son was still asleep, I was about to take him outside while David tested the smoke alarm but he insisted that he come back later to not test and not disturb my newborns sleep. Thank you David for your fantastic service!

We had an alarm at our building and we had spoken to one of the managers on the phone after hours. He was very calm and helpful over the phone and was able to get someone out very quickly to our building.
I was very impressed with their quick service.
