We had an amazing 50th birthday party, thanks in a large part to the Heatwave band.
Band leader Melissa and the rest of the band created a fabulous experience with perfect music for our party and outstanding performances. The joy they had in their jobs rubbed off on our party-goers and the evening culminated in an all-out dancing and singing event.
We had a wig theme for our guests and to our surprise the band members also rocked up in their wigs. Sometimes bands can seem to be playing to the audience. In our case, Heatwave were playing with the audience. They interacted in a fun way with the

Sending a big THANKYOU to Mel & the HEATWAVE band for putting on the best entertainment for our wedding Saturday 18th of Feb, 2017. You made our venue at Cargo Hall rock & we had the best night dancing along to your music with our guests. Our wedding song, "use somebody" was played beautifully & made the moment very intimate for Chris & I. Our guests have all commented on how amazing The Heatwave Band truly was! Heatwave were amazing at our wedding! Mel was in touch with me in the lead up to the big day and was always easy going, reliable and so friendly. On the day, they performed at my ceremony and reception. Everyone was talking about how fantastic they were, what great energy they brought and couldn't speak highly enough of them. I would highly recommend these guys for weddings and special events. They know how to work the crowd and get everyone up and dancing! Thanks for making our wedding so memorable- music is so important and these guys are the best!
