Doucas Dental has been operating in Midland for more than 40 years. In that time our Principle Dentist and Owner Dr Gregory Doucas has established himself as a highly qualified and reputable dentist in the local community. Our practice prides itself in having the latest dental technologies and the ability to provide efficient services for our patients.
Dr Gregory Doucas graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1975 and then re-located to Perth to join the practice of Dr Ray Owen and Dr Peter Gregory in Midland. From there he eventually purchased and moved the practice to its current location.
In that time Dr Doucas has become well known in the local community of Midland, establishing himself as a highly qualified and reputable dentist whilst committing to long standing relationships with his patients.As a highly commendable clinical tutor, Dr Doucas previously taught final year dental students at the Oral Health Centre of the University of Western Australia (OHCWA) since 1996.

We are a preventative based dental practice that endeavours to provide our patients with the up most care and to limit invasive treatment as much as possible. Our patients visit us on a regular basis for their dental check-ups and cleans to minimise the need for large unexpected treatments and we provide in house radiography for the convenience of our patients which allows us to take and process x-rays at the time of your appointment.

A massive thank you to Dr. Greg and the team at Doucas Dental, having never needed any dental work in my life besides the general check up and clean to today needing 3 teeth pulled Dr. Greg was kind and compassionate enough to advise me to pull one today and the other two in a few days as he had his work cut out for him with a not so… straightforward procedure and didn’t want for me to become overwhelmed with having 3 teeth pulled at once . Incredibly gentle and reassuring throughout the whole procedure. Safe to say I’m not scared of going back .!

I recently saw Dr Kevin for a filling and he was very professional. As someone who has a phobia of dentists and will not go to one unless absolutely necessary, I found him to be very reassuring. The injection he gave was also completely painless. 5 stars for professionalism, skill and efficiency! Would definitely recommend Dr Kevin (now my favourite dentist) to all my friends and family.

I've switched dentists recently because I found him to be quite rude and impatient on the odd occasion. I have also seen him display impatience with his assistants which I found particularly distasteful and unsettling. And to top it off I was recently charged for photos without my permission being asked beforehand. Apart from the negatives, I've been happy with the work done.

3 weeks before my wedding my Wisdom Tooth got infected and so booked an appointment with Doucas Dental. Dr Gregory Doucas informed me that all 4 wisdom teeth needed to come out and I was obviously concerned with doing it so close to my wedding. He assured me I would be 100%, but he lied. I was feeling 150% better! Jacqueline (the lovely receptionist), rang the hospital and and got me in within 48 hours for the surgery. Could not recommend them any higher!

I'm no huge fan of dentists, but I have to say that this is the best one I have been to!
The service is amazing. Best service I have from anywhere.....ever!
Can't say on the affordability, all dentists are thieves. But at least I feel like I got what I paid for at this one and more.
They offer late afternoon bookings on certain days. Last app is 6:15pm I think. Great for those of us that have to slave the day away at work.
Try them, their super clean and up to date dentistry with the amazing customer service and brilliant dental work will help you look forward to your next dentist
