On Sep 8th 2021. I went to Now Care Dental, Eagan for a tooth extraction. I had to pay $486 on the spot because they have not heard from by dental insurance. Let me say that i booked the appointment and they had a day to get things figured out. Anyways I payed the $486. I was told that once insurance goes through i would get a refund back of what i had to pay in full the day i got my tooth pulled on September 8th 2021. So..I received my dental insurance summery of what was covered and payed to the dental office through

This place was wonderful! I wanted to go back the next day but I had to wait one day because they were booked! Dr Hansen and Dr Geller performed painless extractions.
I told Dr Hansen that the only thing missing was the disco ball. It was that much fun! I believe my Christmas Day extraction really saved my life! Thanks for working on holidays! I kept being told I had to wait until Monday. I even checked in the hospital on Christmas because I didn't know what to do.
Fees are affordable and it was more comfortable than my wisdom teeth extractions. I'm going to be bringing in my sister this Spring

Doc never showed for the appointment. If I was a no-show, the numerous signs in the office state I would be charged $100. I would say showing up is a trait you should look for when researching emergency dentistry options. I'm sure there was a tough case in the back or something, but just an update on the delay, or some sort expectation setting would have been helpful. Pre-payment was refunded the next day, but I didn't see a no-show credit on my card so I guess that no-show fee only works in one direction.

I had a severe painful toothache and I was able to get in on the same day (Sunday) . I was extremely nervous cause I have always been scared of the Dentist and the pain that goes with it. My experience there was the best I have ever had starting with the Front Desk but Dr. Geller was by far the best Dentist I have ever had in my 48 years. I never felt any pain from start to finish not even uncomfortable a little bit. He was fast friendly and very professional!! I'm so mad I can't remember the lady that assisted Dr. Geller cause she was also very friendly and extremely helpful trying to find something

I was expecting out of town guests on Monday when my front tooth cap came off Friday afternoon. Now Dentist was unbelievably accommodating. They where able to cement my cap back the very next day. Everyone at the office were very professional and friendly. I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend them when dental disaster strikes.

Highly professional and empathetic dental clinic that is open on weekends for dental emergencies and regular treatment. We had a cycling incident with severe dental injury, and this clinic accepted us on a short note and stood up to the task. Dr Hansen can do miracles and deserves full credit for treatment and follow ups, as well as the clinic's exceptional staff. We highly recommend this clinic for any routine and emergency dental treatment and overall dental care. Thank you!

I went here after having a HORRIBLE tooth ache for a 12 hour shift where I waitress… I called 24/7 dental care n they made an appointment for a day out n confirmed it the next morning with me. Very good service, the dentist and his assistant were both awesome. Made me feel very comfortable. And the woman at the front desk helped me check in, talked about ways to get coverage and help with it. Made me feel very comfortable and am definitely returning. As good of a dentist experience as u can get with having to go to a dentist :p

I had a great experience with Now Care Dental a few months ago. They were able to successfully remove a wisdom tooth that was causing me extreme pain. When in another similar situation with a different wisdom tooth, I again tried to schedule immediately with them and they couldn’t get me in for another 2 days, essentially. Please do not pride yourself of “same-day” appointments and emergency help if you cannot accommodate this.
