To help improve the building experience for our clients we have introducing a Complete Design Solution. When a client walks into a Design/Drafting office generally all they get is a set of plans. Most of the time they have not idea what to do next but the Drafting Office sends them on their way with a note to see a Certifier or Council.
Whether it is an office that needs fitting out or a house for renovation then we can help. Mainly the call to provide floor plans comes from commercial sector whereas site measuring (surveying) forms part of the renovation process. This has always been part of our business and now more so than ever as people look to renovate rather than purchasing an upgraded property.
This information is general in nature and each council or even estates may have variations on these. If you would like to build a carport with in any of the building setbacks, then there a few things you will need to know, (#) Building setbacks may vary but generally under a detached dwelling arrangement the setbacks are 6.0m to the front outer most point (fas) and 1.5 to side and rear OMP's.

My husband and I were looking for a draftsman to complete a design for a second storey and rooftop terrace on our current home. Daryl's service is outstanding and extremely professional. He was on site within a few days after our initial communication. He completed all the necessary measuring very thoroughly - the best we ever experienced. Within a few days we received the requested documentation. Very few amendments were required which he completed without any hassle or delay. Communication was excellent. We also appreciated his advice. It was an absolute pleasure working with Daryl.
