Marley Flow Control is the exclusive provider of genuine SPX (Marley) parts for all historic Marley towers such as; Class 600, Series 10, Series 15, Sigma, Class 400, NC, AQ and MHF. We can also supply fill, distribution systems, drift eliminators and mechanical components for towers of other manufacturers.
We offer two different types of air inlet louvres, namely the standard type suitable for most towers and the anti-splash out type which ensures the water stays in and the sunlight stays out. Both types are suitable for fitting to all cooling towers. It should be noted that anti-splash out louvres will attract a slightly higher pressure drop, for most tower applications this will not have any significant effect.
Manufactured from UV stable PVC, our cross flow fill pack is designed to hang within the cooling tower on stainless steel tubes. This design allows for very easy cleaning in situ or easy removal (without any tools) for cleaning externally.
Our cross flow kit enables fill pack blocks, drift deliminator sections and air intake louvers to be replaced individually, unlike many other fill packs available in the market that will require complete replacement.The end result is continual better performance, no water splash out and no water drifting through the fan.
