A Massive shout out to Prestige Grass Group. I hired Prestige to put in artificial grass, concert slab for a swim spa & stones down the sideways. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a service. I need to give a massive shout out & thank you to Kenny, who was in charge of the project. I won’t do justice just how great of an experience it was, having Kenny working on our job. He massively over delivered on everything. I initially asked Matt and Jarrod for a quote for artificial lawn to replace an area of lawn that had been destroyed by my dogs. The dogs had stripped the grass down to dirt, meaning that were constantly coming into the house with dirty and muddy feet. Prestige gave me a beautiful new artificial lawn and a beautiful modwood deck next to my pool. The boys were extremely fast and professional and finished the job in 4 days. Prestige did a wonderful job of taking our sandpit of a new build and turning it into a backyard oasis! We had two quotes done initially. The staff member from one company (the cheapest) had such a terrible attitude I just couldn't imagine using them incase there was a dispute. The other was fine but the price put us off for a while as we considered other options. We were doing around a pool and there was a lot of wastage due to shape of pool. We… came back to the idea of artificial turf and I had Chris give a quote. Chris was great but the I still baulked at the cost. I have been dealing with Matt for well over 18 months now and can attest to his professionalism and great sense of humour. We ordered a small batch of turf for our office and honestly didn't think it would be worth his while. Boy was I mistaken, he was prompt to ensure the turf arrived QUICKLY and the quality was superb.
