It is not unusual to be regularly asked by customers to "service" their appliance. Unlike motor vehicles, it is more a case of taking care of the appliance properly as opposed to any regular servicing. Below are a few hints on caring for you appliances. Does your machine take of across the laundry floor when it goes into spin?
Whitegood Traders offers a mobile repair service for white good repairs within the southern suburbs. We service washing machines, clothes dryers and ovens. There is a call out fee for this service, but that fee is always included in the total price of the repair. Most repairs are completed in one visit and of course we guarantee our work.
A From the fault description given by the client, it may be possible at times to give an estimate. But we cannot give a firm quote for repairs without inspection and testing of the appliance. A Again, we cannot answer this one. For example, "the machine will not go into spin". There are numerous causes for this problem.

I gave Terry a call about repairs to my washer. I explained what was happening and he walked me through a few scenarios of what the problem could be. He also explained that my problem sounded simple and I should make sure check the problem online before he comes, he told me his call out fee. Thanks Terry for being so honest, it’s much appreciated. It was the child proof lock.

Terry was awesome and very honest, he came to look at my Electrolux washing machine and found what the problem was in why it was making a noise and heating the bowl up. And gave me a solution to drop the speed and see how we go and gave advice on which brand was the best if I had to purchase new

Friday afternoon and my front loader is stuck mid- cycle. I call a few repairers and they say Monday is the earliest they can come quote me. Terry, after asking a few questions, talked me thru how to drain the machine. Telling me if it didn't work, call him back, he knew exactly what would be wrong and the parts on hand to repair if need be. Even told me how much it would cost.
Such a helpful and kind person. Can definitely recommend Terry.
