Rang the company at 12:30 in the afternoon, by 1pm Artem got back to me and even gave me some advice on my washing machine problem to try and save me a few dollars. I did still need to call him out, and he was here by 3:30pm the same day. Amazing. Super professional, polite and fixed the washing machine with ease. 100% would use again if need be and would recommend to others. Thanks Artem!

Awesome service! Honest, responsive, ontime and affordable. Our washer had been acting up and initially he thought it was the water pump, but turned out to just be a blockage, which he was honest about and meant we did not have to pay for the part!

I chose this company due to the positive reviews. Artem was great he showed up on time and fixed the dishwasher in 20 mins. It was a piece of broken glass in the pump (which I never would have worked out) $120 was a small price to pay to have it working again. Would definitely use this company again and highly recommend

We booked Artem to look at an old washing machine and broken dishwasher and were very impressed. He actually turned up when he said he would (a rarity in Perth). He didn't try to talk us into repairing the washing machine. He very quickly told us what was wrong, said it was repairable but we might get 3 months (if we were lucky) and that he wouldn't charge us for that assessment. He fixed the dishwasher and left us with clear instructions on what to do after. Plus he cleaned up after himself! Very happy (which is why I am leaving him a review) and we will use him again! And recommend him!

Like all the reviews before mine, I was extremely impressed by the prompt, professional and friendly service I received. Even on a Sunday, I received a reply to my email query within minutes (which I certainly didn't expect) with an ability to call out the next day. Timing was within the window provided, the repair was undertaken quickly and efficiently and the area left clean and tidy. I was even given some tips to use my washer more effectively, which I appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly use again if needed.
