VERY impressed with Mike and the team at P&P! My MK5 GTI was plagued with the key barrel lock-pin issue, and Mike very calmly assured me they would have it sorted within a day or two. The morning after I dropped the car in, I get a call saying it’s all fixed and ready to roll.
Turnaround was quick, and pricing was very reasonable [all considered].

100% the place to go for all Euro car maintenance. After a regular service on my MK6 R, some issues were found and the boys had no issue explaining what was needed to fix these. Two days later, they were able to book me in for the needed work and it was done to a high standard.

I have been using P&P for 2 years now at Coorparoo and have been there several times with both of my cars (E92 M3 and Skoda).
The first experience was before I ever set foot in the door when I rang and emailed for advice about buying an E92 M3 which the team happily provided. Since then, I have had the rod bearings replaced on the M3 and routine services for both cars multiple times. Unlike other mechanics/dealers I have used in the past, P&P has not tried to upsell parts or scare me into major works that are not required and I have never had a scratch or mark appear on the cars when I pick them

Joe and the team really looked after me when my rear diff blew out on my GOLF R. Always prompt with replies and keeping me up to date with everything. Really made me feel welcomed and a valued customer.
The pricing was fair given the size of the job, I was actually pleasantly surprised when I got the invoice.
I can happily say they have won me over - a Volkswagen service Centre isn't even in the same league as these guys!

I serviced my car couple times in their shop. Last time they advised upper timing cover gasket has oil leak and required repair immediately.But when i tried to get more details information they couldn't provide a good explanation. So I booked another service in Audi Center and clarified by Audi Center that there was no leaking at all. This is not the first time from my experience in their shop. They always tell you there are some problems with your car when you just doing normal service so they could earn extra dollar! I am considering of lodge complain to fair trading office .
