Jason and his business partner are top class, they were fast to respond and showed up as planned on time (even a few minutes early). Jason had one look at what my problem was and gave me his honest recommendation on what to do. Right there and then, he could have fixed the problem for $2000 and I would have been happy at that, he instead offered a solution that wouldn't cost more than $50 to get the exact same result. The team at Reline are honestly top class and I can't recommend them enough for any plumbing or pipe relining work. 5 stars! Jason, if you're reading this, thank you. Legend.

I will post a "first impressions" review after service from @relinesolutions. From the first phone contact until the blocked sewer cleared took 24 hrs. It could have been much shorter but I determined it was not urgent. I was most impressed from the moment the team arrived at my house. After an initial inspection the appropriate equipment was unloaded from their large van and work commenced. Extensive tree root penetration was cleared and a camera evaluation conducted. I was then given a most professional, but easy to understand, report on the damage to the pipes. Then the various options were

I got a pipe relined and got a broken drainage cleaner removed from a pipe by Reline Solutions.
Initially Jason sounded good when he relined the pipe. During reline he noticed the broken steel/iron drainage cleaner. I asked him how much would he charge to remove it, and he mentioned that it would cost 1600 as he would have to cut the rod into many smaller pieces, and push the pieces all the way to main pipe. He mentioned that the job would take over 4 hours and that's why the charges are 1600$.
I believed him and gave him a nod to go ahead and asked him to give me an appointment when he can fix
