Services
Established in 1995, we created a company that could add engineering support to plant, production and engineering managers in the packaging industry. After 12 months we quickly realised we needed a factory workshop to help put these ideas into action and control the outcome. After 20 years now, we still enjoy working with the ever changing packaging industry and establishing great working relationships.
Allpro engineering developed a robust and technically advanced Divipak to gate a single lane of product into multiple lanes for further packaging. We can gate from 2-6 lanes with precision metered control with a machine that is a proven performer in the production environment. Our non assisted bottle diverting machines can be built so that the bottles divert down multiple lanes thorugh the use of a geometric design for round bottles.
Allpro Engineering represents leading machine manufacturers from Europe in the food and beverage industries. The rotary capper is suitable for handling any kind of press-on caps, plastic screw and aluminium caps, dispenser and trigger. Available for low and medium speeds. The capping head could be controlled by inverter or brushless motor.

Whether it is to modify an existing line or a complete line design and fit out, we have the experience and know how to make it happen.
Manufacturing capping machines, we have built many sorter bowls for our own equipment lines and for others. If you need to sort a cap or special product, we have the experience and know how to deliver results. Cap sorters can be manufactured to suit new capping requirements to existing machinery, or we can look as ways to reduce change over times by incorporating multiple bowls.
