A very friendly place to improve your health and wellbeing. The staff is approachable, calm and accomodating. They show genuine interest in your progress and always take the time for a little chat to see how things are going. I have not missed my weekly exercises since I started visiting EPSA in Belair last March. I now feel stronger, more energetic and have also noticed a significant improvement of my mental health. I like the small class sizes and that we are asked if and what kind of music we like to listen to. Thank you Nick and Sarah for your help.

I have been going to EPSA Belair for a few months now on recommendation from my local GP. I have found both Nick and Sarah helpful in increasing my strength and mobility after being in a wheelchair for the last few years. The machines are designed to increase strength and range of movement while keeping the body in a natural position. I enjoy the group sessions that Sarah and Nick lead; most people are trying to offset the aging process by staying strong or recovering from injuries or, like me, both. I enjoy chatting with the other people there, and they, like me, find this gym to be non-intimidating

I’ve been attending Blackwood EPSA since it opened. The atmosphere is friendly, inclusive and welcoming - a place where you feel you belong and are amongst friends. The EP’s show genuine care and concern for my well-being and health goals. A regular program has seen me maintain a good level of fitness and steady improvement on strength and flexibility ! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for an alternative to your standard gym as somewhere you’ll receive specialised and personalised care.

Love EPSA!
Sarah and Nick are professional, knowledgeable, respectful ... and they make exercising fun! I look forward to my sessions with them. If I have pain in my body, they adjust my program to strengthen the area, and it works! I also love that there's no judgement - from staff or other patrons. It's a refreshing place to exercise and meets all my needs.

I have been having individual PT sessions with Sarah and individual OT with Nick. I feel they are both so professional and have helped me move closer to my goals. They are both so friendly and approachable and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to other NDIS recipients or others needing these services too.
Thanks so much Sarah and Nick for all your support, regards Matt and Tracey (Mum)
