Unfortunately once a salesman always a salesman......the knowledge of the product was second to none. I was super impressed and the time they took to explain all of the features of these vans. BUT once it got to the give us a price they wanted a deposit and to sign then and there. We wanted to digest the purchase a little first. Yes we had returned to the same product several months later but we hadn't got our final fit just yet. We hadn't selected all of our options we wanted. Then the cliche line ' well we won't hold a gun to your head'. This being said once was a throw away line but a dozen

After 2 years looking for a Caravan all over SA, I visited Explorer Caravan and during my visit I was impressed by the family atmosphere and great knowledge they have in the industry. It was during this visit I felt it was right place for me to purchase a new Caravan . The Caravans on offer are great quality and excellent price. Have recently purchased a Viscount V1. Took it for a 3 night stay to Normanville to check everything was working. Towed beautifully and was very happy with the van except for 2 small issues which you would not expect to be noticed in pre-delivery. Rang Dave when we got home and were asked to send email pointing out the faults as they had not seen these issues before. Service person was on my doorstep mid morning next day. All staff were exemplary in their assistance when we picked up our van and absolutely no complaints about the back-up service for faults. Big thank you to Dave and the team.
