We were about to buy a caravan and no one would get back to us. Also advertised price on the internet was $64900 but we we went to talk to someone the price was $66900 for the same van and they wouldn’t even contemplate matching the advertised price.
Very dis heartened with their attitude which was take it or leave it.
Their loss as they have now missed out on a sale and the extras we wanted.

We just purchased a 2015 Jayco Silverline from these guys. Michael and Robin went above and beyond my expectations during the purchasing process. Both these guys are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There was no high pressure sales pitch. Michael provided excellent guidance through the purchasing process. Robin towed our van to our home and spent a lot of time during the hand-over process explaining all the features on our van. Excellent follow-up after the sale, answering our questions and providing support. One of my best purchasing experiences of my life!

My first interaction with Michael from Adelaide City Caravans was at the Caravan and Camping Show, Adelaide. I had an idea of what I wanted but was limited in caravanning experience.
I had spoken with several other dealers at their dealerships as well as at the show. They mostly seemed frustrated with the questions I had and often cut me short. That didn't prevent them from pressuring me into signing on various vans even though I was unsure.
