In your first consultation your practitioner will take down a detailed medical history and perform relevant examinations to form a Chinese Medicine diagnosis. Examinations may include a Chinese Medicine tongue, pulse and abdominal palpation, other examinations may also be performed if deemed necessary.

Went in to see Alexander, who recommended acupuncture and electro therapy as well. I felt a bit better initially. Went home, was able to sleep much better than the last 3 nights and awoke to find i'm well on the mend and the chronic & debilitating aches have subsided considerably (by 70-80%).

I would recommend for their professional approach to acupuncture. I was suffering severe neck, shoulder and back pain. He has been able to relieve me of that pain following a course of acupuncture. I have my low back issue since after my military service years. It is a big problems to me when it happens. I was visiting many doctors before in Melbourne. I am very happy since I found Alex.
Alex is a great doctor, a traditional Taiwanese doctor. Friendly and very nice. The most important thing is he fix my low back and it wasn't so bothered me as usual. Thx.

I have been seeing Alex to relieve the side effects connected to my recent cancer diagnosis and stem cell transplant. He is very knowledgeable and understanding of my current health position.

I had been suffering from migraine and shoulder/neck pain over 3yrs. I've got different types of treatments but pain has returned again and again. My friend recommended me this acupuncture clinic. Alex is a highly skilled, attentive, mindful and compassionate practitioner. He treated me over several months for a complex condition and achieved results that Western practitioners and even fellow Chinese medicine practitioners were unable to do over an extended period.
