This was my first 4WD..... I wasn't 100% certain that it was right for me. But the team a City Jeep made me a great offer on a Jeep Cherokee. Four months later, best decision in years! Love the confidence that the Jeep has given me to adventure down trails that I would not have tried before. I was amazed at how well this vehicle handled rough roads but was still a great drive on the highway.
Plus also, a great experience when it was time to bring the Jeep back for a service

Hi guys,
I just purchased your Jeep Trackhawk Launch edition off James Alabach.
I normally do not do well with salesmen, but in this case young James was more than a pleasure to deal with.
His knowledge of the vehicle, pashion and attention to us the client was 10/10.
He even went as far as meeting me to drop off my wifes purse in his own time.
Please make sure you look after James in the future as he is a real asset to your business, and I will be back to buy my wifes car now as well.

I had my vehicle serviced on the 8/10/21 and I genuinely am questioning whether my vehicle was even serviced. I have called Jeep daily since getting my vehicle back and my phone calls have NOT been returned.
The service record states the R/H DRL was not working and that it was replaced however it has not been replaced, it is still not working and I have photos as proof of this.
The service record also states the tyres were rotated but they have not been.
I sincerely am doubting if in fact a service was in fact completed or Jeep simply filled in the service book and slapped a sticker on my windscreen

Left the car there for logbook service and mentioned one rear tire pressure problem as indicated on the monitor twice. They said nothing was wrong and has reset the sensor.
Went to another service centre for logbook service and they found a nail on my tire. Not to mention half the price for the same or better service

Check engine light turned on. Took my Jeep vehicle for City Jeep to run diagnostics. Paid $400 and received a non-difinitive response. The Service Centre never returned my phone calls, as they said they would do. It's been a week of chasing up a detailed and complete diagnostics report - no such report was produced. Despite multiple emails requesting a detailed diagnostics report on what the exact problem is with the vehicle (for Warranty claim purposes), they have not been able to provide this information despite being the Jeep dealership. I will not be servicing my vehicle here or dealing with

Outstanding service! I spotted the amg on carsales and called in for further details. Apparently I cant travel to Melbourne and check out the car in person because of the current travel restrictions.
