The handbag strap was stuck in the rear hatch lock. The hatch could not be opened. A service department person was able to open the hatch in a matter of seconds understanding how much force could be applied to open without breaking the lock. No wait and no fee. Thank you for the generously during these trying times.

Thank you for the excellent customer service today from The service team. Having not been well and suffering anxiety this morning felt hard and my car was already overdue for a service. I thought I had my ducks in a row but was surprised about the car hire cost and even though my misunderstanding the team looked after me. Then the communication… during the day for some unexpected work that was needed. On the way back despite me being very careful a stone was thrown up and the windscreen cracked. I was incredibly anxious about it but again the customer care service team was understanding
