Penfolds catering is a family owned and operated off site mobile catering business built on a commitment to quality. Our team serves the greater Sunshine Coast for catering services and we remain extremely passionate about serving our clients always putting the customer first. It's our goal to consistently meet the needs of our customers and ensure that satisfaction is guaranteed in our services.
Our Shared Feasting Menu is a communal style of dining which is perfect for creating a relaxed and intimate dining experience. Guests are encouraged to help themselves to a selection of food bought to the table on shared platters which are placed in the middle of the table creating an interactive dining experience.
Right from the beginning you were prompt, courteous and professional in all our dealings. On the day, the catering and organisation was beautifully fluid and all went extremely well, even having regard to a loss of power for a period of time. The food was wonderfully delicious and everyone enjoyed both the presentation and the meals themselves - my favourite was the desserts.
Or add that food truck experience to your wedding! A site inspection is compulsory to determine the best place for set up. We require an easy & safe access to the location with flat ground. The vans dimensions are 4000Lx2400Wx2300Hmm with a body trailer overall length of 6000mm including drawbar. The food trailer does supply all her own electricity, water, lighting & gas.

Bec and Dan and the whole team were absolutely amazing to work with for our large black tie wedding. I couldnt recommend them highly enough and will be using again! Even 2 weeks after the wedding I am still having guests comment on the food saying it was the best they've had! An absolute highlight of the day.

Best catering ever! Penfolds catered for our wedding (cocktail package) and it was extraordinary. From first contact, Rebecca was very helpful and their pricing and menu options were very clear. The range of food they provide is excellent and the quality is even better. Everyone at our wedding commented on how beautiful the food was and how lovely and warm all the Penfolds crew are. Penfolds was incredible, guests raved about the food, which due to our location they somehow whipped up in a paddock under a camp gazebo for our wedding. Support and the communication in the the lead up to the day was faultless and staff were friendly and experienced, would highly highly recommend this awesome company!

Penfolds catered for our large party style wedding. Not only was every single part of the finger food and bamboo box menu to die for (highly recommend the twice cooked lamb ribs!) but the wait staff were… exceptional and highly attentive throughout the whole event. Communication from our first enquiry to following up after our wedding makes Penfolds the complete package ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolute WOW factor! My guests can’t stop talking about the delicious food, and my husband and I can’t stop dreaming about when we will get it again! There was so much of it, and it was SO incredibly… delicious!! The presentation of all the desserts were also stunning, I just wish we could go back to our wedding day to eat more. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you really truly outdid yourselves!!

For our wedding rehearsal dinner, I could not fault the service, food quality and professionalism displayed. Bec and Dan did such an incredible job and it exceeded all my expectations, all of the family and friends attending could not stop raving about it too. Penfolds provided beautiful catering and service at our wedding. It really was a special day for us and we had nothing but great comments from our guests about the food, staff and service. All staff were lovely and always happy to help, they really did go above and beyond for all guests at the wedding. The food was incredible and was one of the highlights of the day and night. We really appreciate this as it helped make our wedding day so much more special for us and our family and friends.

We had Penfold’s cater for our wedding and the food was honestly the best I have ever had and all of our guests said the same thing! The staff were incredible and so helpful. Everyone had full, happy bellies and the great food and service made our whole day/night even more amazing!

The Penfold’s team did an amazing job of catering at our wedding. The food was perfect, really suited our country sophisticated style and was very happily devoured by our guests! Rebecca and the team were so responsive and worked closely with me to prepare the menu while also supporting me through the many stresses of planning a wedding in this covid environment. Penfolds catered our wedding back in August and it was PHENOMENAL! Our guests are still raving about how good it all was. Rebecca was so easy to communicate with before the day and the staff on the day were so helpful and nothing was too much to ask. I want to get married again so we can eat more of the food. My only regret was that I was too busy that I didn't get to eat more!
