There are many water tanks that are now available, they can either be under ground or above ground, with just about any capacity available, although if you want to install a water tank over 10,000 litres council approval is required.
Australian Standards (AS3500) requires the temperature of hot water used for hygiene purposes in childhood centres, schools, & nursing homes or similar facilities for the aged, sick or disabled is not to exceed 43.5°C, & all other classes of buildings i.e. residential water is to be no greater than 50°C.

Matt fixed my sink and was absolutely wonderful. It wasn't an easy job as my fixtures are so old, and the pipes were so delicate, and everyone was very nervous, but he managed to pull through and do a great job with no additional problems. Matt is a lovely, honest, knowledgable man, who still has pride in his work and for customer satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this company, especially Matt, for any plumbing needs.
