Zero Employee Satisfaction, New drivers please make sure you are not being ripped off by your fleet managerS. Once you trying to left the company a lot of in-relevant deduction will be made from your wages such as software activation, insurance etc. I hope that helps for the new joinee as Drivers. Run away 馃憤

Rang & spoke to a girl, as it was my first time using a courier company i wasnt aware i'd have to provide weight & dimensions.
I could tell in her tone of voice that she sounded a bit annoyed. I was polite & told her..."sorry, thank you very much" & hung up.
I know she does the job everyday, shes familiar with it...i guess she just forgets that not all customers are return customers that know the drill.
As a first time customer making an enquiry, i thought the customer service could've been a bit 'nicer' thats all 馃様

They have been regularly advertising on the SEEK website for truck owner, driver, contractors specifying an earning capacity of $3600 per week. I was promised $2000-$2500 per week as per my truck capacity. I only worked for them for four days and earned a total of $915.37. These initial commencement fees were deducted from my pay in a lump sum

Absolutely terrible service. Like really bad. I requested an item transported interstate and unfortunately the store I bought it from gave me incorrect weight and dimensions after I had prepaid for the courier service. Progress couriers refused to give me a refund even though it was half the size of the original booking and I called within an hr to alter it. Further that they provided no tracking information and no tax invoice despite saying they could and then it never came - I asked four times!! Also during email communication they were exceptionally rude and infact had a dig at my enquiries

Today I booked a job with my everyday courier service and without notice they were three hours later than the time they originally gave us. I called Progress Couriers and told them the items that I needed picked up urgently and the service they provided was fantastic! They took care of everything, and picked up within 40 minutes of calling! Highly recommend!!!

The quickest and best courier service in Adelaide, excellent service in an extremely competitive space. Fantastic loyal clients, friendly office staff and knowledgeable/professional drivers. Previously worked for them and used their services, only left in order to move interstate. Don't understand the negative reviews.

Progress Couriers delivered a lounge and kitchen suite that I purchased recently. I found the service amazing, from my first contact through their website, to the first phone all to arrange the details to delivery. I am aware that all the drivers are contractors, and it's not always easy for courier contractors, but the driver who delivered my furniture went out of his way to help me and make sure everything was unloaded without damage. I know he doesn't need to do that! I highly recommend Progress Couriers next time you need someone to deliver items that are too big for the car!
