Our workforce in India comprises of approximately 50 Staff including Casuals facilitating Turnkey Manufacturing and Molding Processes from Design to Dispatch with 20 Injection Molding Machines Ranging from 80 to 660 tons, Vacuum forming Machines and a Comprehensive Toolroom with 3 VMC Machines, Wire-Cut, 5 Spark Eroding Machines and a range of Conventional Machines used to manufacture Multi-Cavity Hot-Runner Molds to Intricate Engineering Plastic components.
Not only will you get extremely high quality parts rapidly but 3D Printing allows you to print Carbon Fiber parts that are strong enough to replace aluminium at half the weight, at higher the strength and higher temperature resistant. Based on 4th Generation Composite 3D Printing Technology, the Metal X is a brand new kind of 3 D Printing.
Rebello International a ONE-STOP-SHOP from Design to Dispatch has a Unique advantage wherein we Design a Product using #D Software viz. Pro-E, Solid Works, Auto-Cad, and Master-Cam following which we manufacture a Prototype using either 3D Printer or CNC, and after which we Design the Mould with full animated functionality using our expertise to manufacture the product in a cost effective manner thus affording our Customer full peace of mind.
The key to Injection Moulding does not necessarily lie in the size and complexity of the machines but by the team of highly experienced people who work on it. That would be Dye-Setters, Process-Workers and Supervisors and Quality Control personnel backed up by a team of Electricians, Mechanics, Maintenance Engineers and of-course our Toolroom.
Rebello has facilities to Procure, Warehouse and Deliver Products on Behalf of our Customers. We have Air-conditioned Assembly, Packing and Sorting rooms which can Operate on a 24 hr /day, 7 days a week basis. Goods are Purchased on Behalf of customers, Stored and distributed. This negates the need for our Clients to run a Purchase, Warehousing and Logistics Function thus reducing Cost and increasing Margins.
