1. Amenities they quoted in original selling price vs what they delivered at the time was settlement was different, most of amenities were not ready, but we have already paid in full. (swimming pool, sky garden, media room, game room etc)
2. Many could not settle in immediately even after full payment made due to many defects and missing requirements such as No NBN, No Blinds, improperly closing doors etc.
3. The parking bay arrangements were ridiculous, you simply can’t bring a truck closer to lift as height restrictions of 2m. Imagine a large apartment complex having 2M height restrictions
