The Sunshine Coast Thai Boxing Centre (or SCTBC as its affectionately known) is a family owned & operated business situated on Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast and founded in 1994 by well-known & renowned Muaythai figure Joe Hilton. These sessions are for fighters and those wishing to achieve a high fitness level. Consisting of pad work, grappling, sprints, core strength exercises and sparring - don't forget your shoes!
